I had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The hotel facilities were really clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect for getting to the lake. I also appreciated the free beach access with the Burgenland card.
Can't fault anything about it.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with something for everyone. , the location was great, close to many attractions and activities.
The noise level was unbearable, with doors slamming and people talking in the hallways. The fridge in the room was so loud that we had to turn it off, and there was construction work going on during our stay that was very noisy.

Convenient location near the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Free beach access with Burgenland card. Comfortable room and bed. Great shower pressure. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Everything you need in the room

The room was very comfortable and the bed was amazing! We slept so well. the breakfast selection was great with a variety of options to choose from. One of the best things was the cleanliness and how well kept everything was.
The biggest drawback was the noise. We could hear other guests moving around in the house including talking quietly in the hall and opening doors.

The hotel is ideally situated within a 5-minute stroll to the shimmering lake. the room was comfy with a modern touch, and the bathroom was stocked up with high-quality toiletries. the accommodating staff was very friendly and fulfilled every request promptly. the breakfast offered an ample, varied selection, with fresh ingredients to start off the day. the natural light pouring into the room gave the area a soothing ambiance, and the greenery outside created an excellent view.
Unluckily, noise levels from other rooms were apparent, and the fridge's noise in our room was too distracting.
